FOUNDER'S LETTER
VIU was born from my personal and professional experience.
For years, I have worked as a doctor, which has given me a deep understanding of the needs of individuals and their families, as well as the importance of having someone close, reliable and capable of finding solutions.
My sister has lived with a disability since birth. This has allowed me to understand, from another perspective, the limitations and challenges that many individuals and families face in their everyday lives.
My experience coordinating the construction of my own home and several renovations of family properties has taught me the importance of surrounding yourself with the best professionals, anticipating needs and organising every detail so that everything goes according to plan.
Alongside all of this is my deep knowledge of the Costa Blanca, its towns and cities, its traditions, natural surroundings and services.
VIU was born from the combination of all these experiences. A personal way of coordinating, supporting and taking care of what forms part of our Members’ lives.
My commitment is to ensure that each of them feels they have someone who listens, understands their needs and takes care of the things that allow them to live with greater peace of mind.

Each Member has their own VIU Profile, where we get to know their priorities, preferences and needs. This allows us to provide more thoughtful support, anticipate their needs and offer a truly personalised response.

FAMILY MANAGER
Someone you can trust, who knows your home and is always close by.
Each household has a Family Manager as its main point of contact with VIU. Someone who knows the Member’s VIU Profile, their preferences and what they need to enjoy greater peace of mind.
Their role is to listen, anticipate needs and coordinate every request, finding the right solution and keeping the Member informed throughout the entire process.
When a need requires in-person assistance, the Family Manager coordinates the support of a VIU Assistant or the most suitable professionals, taking care of every detail from start to finish.
One person who knows you, listens to you and takes care of what you need.
