Each household has a Family Manager as their dedicated point of contact, along with monthly Privileges for in-person support.

A Membership designed for those who want to make VIU a more regular part of their everyday lives, with greater access to personal support and enhanced medical assistance.

With VIU Signature, you will enjoy a more comprehensive relationship with VIU, with more time available for personal assistance, coordination and individual needs.

Our most comprehensive Membership, designed for those who want VIU to become their personal assistant on the Costa Blanca and enjoy the highest level of support and personal attention.

With VIU Legacy, you will have our highest level of availability to help you coordinate, manage and take care of your everyday needs, always through a relationship built on trust, personal attention and a deep understanding of you.

Includes:

• Access to VIU Experiences.
• Attention 24/7
• VIU Health included with priority service.
• Coordination and management of services through our network of trusted professionals.
• 12 VIU Privileges per month for in-person support.
• Access to additional Privileges packs whenever you need them.
• The highest level of personalised attention and support from VIU.

VIU Legacy. The most complete way to experience VIU.

All Memberships include:

• Up to 2 Members per household.
• Initial interview and creation of your VIU Profile.
• Family Meeting and initial home visit.
• A Family Manager as your dedicated point of contact.
• Coordination of VIU Experiences.
• The VIU Book and welcome materials.
• Accumulation of Privileges for up to 12 months, provided the Membership remains active.

JOINING VIU

Joining VIU includes an initial interview, the creation of your personal VIU Profile, the preparation of everything needed to start using the service, and the delivery of your VIU Welcome Pack.

There is a one-off joining fee, which will be returned after completing 12 months of active Membership in the form of VIU benefits — either a Membership discount or additional Privileges, according to the Member’s preference.

New Memberships are subject to a prior interview and availability.

INITIAL COMMITMENT PERIOD

VIU Memberships have an initial minimum commitment period of 6 months. After that, you can continue enjoying VIU with complete flexibility.

VIU recommends six months to allow you to experience the full value of the service.

Cancellation must be communicated before the next monthly payment is due.

ONE MEMBERSHIP, ONE HOUSEHOLD

Each Membership includes 2 adults from the same household.

You can add other family members, both adults and children, adapting VIU to the needs of your household and in accordance with the terms established by VIU.

VIU PRIVILEGES

Each VIU Membership includes a set number of Privileges.

Privileges can be accumulated for up to 12 months while the Membership remains active. If the Membership is cancelled, any unused Privileges will be forfeited.

If you need additional personal assistance time, you can purchase any of our VIU Privileges packs.

The minimum booking for a VIU Assistant is 2 Privileges.

VIU HEALTH

It is an independent service that can be added to any Membership at a special rate for VIU Members and is included in the VIU Legacy Membership.

VIU Health is not an emergency medical service. In the event of a medical emergency, please call 112.

EXTERNAL SERVICES

Services provided directly by external professionals or partner companies are separate from the Membership and will be quoted when required.

RENEWAL AND CONTINUITY

VIU is designed to build lasting relationships. Terms and fees may be updated periodically, with Members always being informed in advance.

We want you to be part of VIU because you choose to stay, not because you have to.

VIU PERSONAL PROJECTS

VIU can also support you with independent projects.

If you have a specific need, a one-off request or a project that requires time, coordination or personal support, tell us about it.

We will assess your needs and prepare a personalised proposal tailored to what you actually require.

We can help with projects related to your home, paperwork and documentation, health, personal arrangements, coordination of professionals, or any other need where VIU can add value.
